We are delighted to announce that 100% Norway will be participating as part of Tent London 2012! 100% Norway will return to this year’s London Design Festival with a fresh selection of exciting new works from Norway’s emerging and established design talent and leading interiors manufacturers.
“For the 9th edition of 100% Norway, the team has decided to present at Tent London during the London Design Festival in 2012. Tent London as a show represents for us the best combination of elements; contract interior products and cultural initiatives; which perfectly reflects the nature of 100% Norway this year”, Siri Aronsen, Royal Norwegian Embassy.

Located in one of the Truman Brewery’s available gallery spaces; Dray Walk Gallery, the 2012 exhibition promises to be the most impressive and inspiring collection yet, presenting a diverse mix of furniture, ceramics, lighting and tableware from the country’s talented designer makers never previously shown in the UK. The exhibition acts as a door opener for Norwegian designers and manufacturers to the British market and simultaneously builds awareness of Norwegian design in the UK and internationally.
100% Norway’s previous participating brands & designers have included: Figgjo, Anderson & Voll, Nora of Norway , Northern Lighting, Spinnaker, Stryn Møbelindustri, Tonning, Wik & Walsøe, Caroline Olsson, Gridy, Ida Noemi Vidal, Magnus Pettersen, Martin Solem, Petter Skogstad and Vibeke Skar.

As far as exhibition design goes, the Norwegians like to pull out all the stops by working with leading Norwegian architectural practices – in 2011 architect studio Fantastic Norway designed a stand using sustainable wood from Moelven. Reflecting 100% Norway’s forward thinking approach, adaptability and creativity as a country, we are sure that the 2012 show build will continue to generate curiosity and engagement using modern technology and materials in a contemporary exhibition.
