Registration & Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions, including Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. The copyright in the material contained in this website belongs to Tent Exhibitions Ltd., (TE) except where it is stated otherwise.  All rights are reserved by TE. Except solely for your own personal and non-commercial use in accordance with the law, no part of this website may be copied, performed, published, broadcast or adapted in any other medium without the prior written permission of TE.
2. All tickets and discounts are subject to availability.
3. Once ticket payment transaction has been completed a bar-coded e-ticket will be emailed to the buyer by return at the contact email address provided at the time of the transaction.
4. Tickets cannot be refunded unless an exhibition is cancelled, or abandoned when less than half the programme has taken place, exceptional circumstances notwithstanding, where refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.  Where a refund is approved it will be repaid to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days.
5. If, for any reason, TE has to cancel an event we will notify you by email if you have provided that information upon booking and will refund your ticket in full.
6. Tickets are sold subject to TE's right to make any alterations in the exhibitor list &/or any other advertised arrangements.
7. Right of admission reserved.
8. Last entry to the exhibition is 45 minutes before the close of the event.
9. Smoking in the exhibition hall and seminar theatres is prohibited.
10. The taking of photographs and use of recording devices is prohibited unless permission has been granted by the exhibitor or prior written permission is received from TE.
11. Whilst TE has made every effort to ensure that all information, including ticket prices and seminar content, dates and times, contained within this website is correct at the time of going live, to the extent permitted by law TE shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage whatsoever, which may arise from any reliance upon, the use of or any dealings with any of the information contained in this website.
12. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from this website or any information contained in it.

Privacy Policy

Tent Exhibitions Ltd (TE) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the TE websites and governs data collection and usage. By using the TE websites, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection & Use of Your Personal Information
TE collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, telephone number or preferences you provide to us.

Payment information gathered during the registration process – including but not limited to credit card numbers, financial institutions and expiration dates – is considered financial. This information is not distributed under any circumstances.

Information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected by TE. This information is used by TE for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the TE websites.

TE collects and uses your personal information to operate the TE website and deliver the services you have requested. TE also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from TE and its affiliates (including details of shows, special offers, discounts, competitions and newsletters, etc.).

TE keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within Tent London Ltd website, in order to determine what TE services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within TE to customers whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Tent London Ltd may give information about you to our partners and third parties that collaborate with us for an event you registered for and to agents and third parties who fulfil any other services on TE’s behalf (e.g. to administer payments for purchases, despatch tickets and information, etc…)

TE operates an opt-out system for governing our use of personal information. Personal information may be shared with other organisations and approved third parties, upon consent of the consumer.

Consumers are invited to determine the level of information that they wish to receive from Tent London, Tent Exhibitions Ltd related events and approved third parties. Consumers can tick the opt-out boxes provided when registering on this website or on printed application forms.

TE will accept, acknowledge and maintain any customer’s requests to opt-out of future communication. TE will accept opt-out requests according to the following criteria:

  • By Sender: Tent London Ltd or approved third parties
  • By Show: i.e. Tent London, Super Brands, etc…
  • By Medium: mail, email, phone, mobile.
